Location. The Red Lion Hotel Sacramento at Arden Village is located in Sacramento, Calif., 14 miles from Sacramento International Airport. The hotel is five miles from the State Capitol located in downtown Sacramento. Six Flags Waterworld Sacramento is one mile from the Red Lion Hotel Sacramento. The Sacramento Zoo is six miles away.
Hotel Features. Palm trees and gardens envelope this suburban hotel set on 17 acres near downtown Sacramento. The hotel's 50 foot lap pool is in a hacienda style setting with a large sundeck and lounge furnishings. The hotel has a 40 foot pool with a spa tub and a smaller pool surrounded by a patio and gardens. The hotel's hosts a fitness center on site. A 24 hour business center contains a computer with complimentary high speed Internet access, a printer and a fax machine.
Guestrooms. Housed in seven, two story buildings, each of the hotel's 375 guestrooms is accessible through exterior corridors with some of the second floor guestrooms having balconies. Expert Tip. Visitors can experience the beginnings of California's state capital and Gold Rush era at the Old Sacramento Historic District.
