The Omni Royal Crescent just steps from the French Quarter reflects the mystique of New Orleans with a unique blend of the old and new. This eight story boutique hotel is a block from a stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line and five blocks from the Morial Convention Center. Guests are three blocks from the gambling of Harrah's Casino and four blocks from the Riverwalk Marketplace on the banks of the Mississippi and the kid friendliness of the Aquarium of the Americas.
Guests are filled with the hotel's ambience as soon as they saunter into the lobby, which is filled with 18th and 19th century antiques, paved with rose colored marble and festooned with life sized paintings from Greek mythology. The Omni Royal Crescent's rooftop fitness center features a sauna, whirlpool and panoramic views of the Big Easy's skyline. The hotel also provides "Get Fit" kits with floor mats, dumbbells and elastic bands so guests can work out in their rooms. The Gravier Bistro, opening in November 2007, showcases traditional New Orleans cuisine.
The 98 guest rooms feature terry robes, slippers, European bath amenities, custom mattresses, and premium bedding.
